Halle Merrick is the founding editor of Haunted Words Press. She could also very well be a ghost that occasionally haunts the Cornish and Somerset countryside - we're still trying to find evidence that says otherwise.
She is primarily a YA writer, often of Sapphic witches existing in times and worlds that do not care for Sapphics or witches. They are currently undertaking doctoral research into YA depictions of queer witches and historial responses and persecutions of both witches and queer identities.
They would very much like to live in a haunted house with a legion of ghost cats one day, but for now resides in the void with the other ghouls.
Charlotte Razzino hails from Connecticut, USA, and crossed the Atlantic to complete a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing from Falmouth University.
She writes mostly about teenagers getting themselves into trouble and using little bits of magic to get themselves out, contemporary fantasy and middle-grade short prose.
Aside from writing, she spends her time reading comic books, following stray cats around town and chasing down theater tickets.
